Pure River Care Ltd is led by Faith and Ruth, two highly experienced healthcare professionals with a deep passion for delivering exceptional, person-centred care. With extensive backgrounds in care services, the directors bring a wealth of practical knowledge and hands-on experience to ensure the highest standards of care for our clients. Born from a desire to help seniors live fulfilling lives despite health challenges or injuries, Pure River Care is dedicated to supporting those who can no longer care for themselves. We provide not only professional care but also companionship, ensuring our clients enjoy the best moments in the comfort of their own homes. Her extensive background spans working with individuals with diverse care needs, including older adults with dementia, those with physical and sensory impairments, mental health challenges, learning disabilities, Autism, Asperger’s, and children in protective services. A passionate advocate for equality, Faith believes in putting people first and treating every individual with respect and dignity. Her commitment to continuous learning and her caring nature ensures that service users receive the highest quality of care, tailored to their unique needs.

Ruth, Director at Pure River Care

With over 15 years as a registered healthcare professional, Ruth brings vast experience across various care settings to her role as Director at Pure River Care. Her extensive background as a Social Worker includes conducting complex assessments for older adults, individuals with mental health challenges, learning disabilities, and physical and sensory impairments. Ruth is deeply committed to person-centred care, always prioritising the unique needs and rights of every individual. She is passionate about working in partnership with service users, carers, and professionals to deliver tailored support that maximizes independence and enhances quality of life.

About You:
– You might be a seasoned support worker or have personal experience caring for a loved one.
– You must have the right to work in the UK (sorry, no sponsorship or visa assistance available).
– Whether you’ve worked in residential care, domiciliary care, or have hands-on family experience, your passion for quality care is what counts!
Your Role:
As a live-in carer, you’ll live with your client during your rota (2–10 weeks). You’ll be more than just a carer – you’ll be a companion, supporting them in the comfort of their home.
– Provide personal care, companionship, and help with daily activities.
– Manage medical conditions such as dementia, stroke, or Parkinson’s.
– Tailor your care to your client’s needs based on a personalized care plan.
– Cook, clean, and ensure the smooth running of the household.
– Assist with social activities, appointments, and keeping your client engaged with life.
We’re Looking For:
– Minimum 6 months’ experience in care (live-in, domiciliary, support work, etc.)
– Drivers are welcome (but not essential)
– Flexibility to travel to client placements across the UK
